Elvish Yadav opened up about how his life has changed since Bigg Boss OTT 2, the bond he shares with his co-contestants on Laughter Chefs, and the way he copes with the whirlwind pace of his new reality.
For those familiar with Elvish’s digital rise, it all started with YouTube. Yet, things shifted dramatically after stepping into the Bigg Boss house. Reflecting on the experience, he confessed that the reality show became a defining chapter. “Bigg Boss has been a turning point in my life,” he admitted. Before entering the show, Elvish was known for creating Bigg Boss-related videos, which earned him a fair share of attention. But participating as a contestant brought entirely new doors of opportunity. “I had never seen Mumbai before, but the show helped me with many opportunities,” he added.
The move to Mumbai wasn’t an easy one. Coming from Gurgaon, Elvish spoke about how exhausting constant travel has become for him. Elvish shared, “It’s very difficult to travel all the way for shoots, and my parents are done with me. They ask me to do whatever I want as long as I’m not sitting idle, doing nothing at home.” The internet star went on to explain that being idle makes him restless, to the point that he ends up bothering his family members. In his words, he encourages people to step outside and work hard.
Another heartwarming part of Elvish’s journey has been the friendships he’s formed along the way. While working on Laughter Chefs, he forged close bonds with several of his co-contestants. The camaraderie, according to him, is genuine. “I’ve an amazing bond with everyone on the show,” he shared. He didn’t hold back while naming those he feels closest to, listing out Vicky Bhai, Ankita Lokhande, and Rubina Dilaik among his favorites. Elvish even humorously mentioned how he requests them to bring homemade food for him, and they happily oblige.
One connection, in particular, has caught the attention of fans, his growing friendship with Rubina Dilaik. Elvish mentioned that he often comes across comments about it on social media. It’s something that genuinely makes him happy. “Fans love my bond with Rubina. I read about it on social media and feel good about it,” he said with a grin.
While controversies and challenges have followed him, much like any public figure, Elvish chooses to focus on the good. He acknowledges that his life has changed in unimaginable ways. For now, he’s embracing every moment be it an exhausting travel schedule, lively banter with co-stars, or the occasional online speculation.
