Gallbladder Also Removed During Surgery
Her husband, actor Shoaib Ibrahim, has been sharing real-time health updates with fans. In his latest update, Shoaib revealed that during the complex operation, doctors also had to remove Dipika’s gallbladder due to the presence of stones. After surgery, she remained in the ICU for three days before being shifted to a normal room as her condition began to improve gradually.

Shoaib recently shared an emotional photo showing Dipika’s hand as she receives an Eidi from her father-in-law, marking a tender moment amidst the recovery process. He further added that Dipika has started to walk and move around, a major milestone in her healing.

Describing the surgery day as “nerve-wracking,” Shoaib revealed in his vlog that the family did not receive any updates from the Operation Theatre till around 6–7 PM, which left them extremely anxious. “We were very scared, but the doctors assured us that no news is good news,” he said. Fortunately, the operation was successful.
