Bigg Boss Kannada 12 has made a powerful comeback after facing an unexpected halt due to environmental violation concerns. The show, hosted by superstar Kichcha Sudeep, had been sealed recently, leaving fans and the channel in shock.
According to reports, the show’s set in Bidadi was sealed by authorities citing violations of environmental regulations. However, after several days of uncertainty, the show resumed following the direct intervention of Karnataka’s Deputy Chief Minister DK Shivakumar.
DK Shivakumar Orders Seal Removal
Deputy CM DK Shivakumar took to X (formerly Twitter) to confirm his decision. He posted:
“I have directed the Deputy Commissioner of Bengaluru South to remove the seal at the Jolliwod premises in Bidadi, where Bigg Boss Kannada is being shot. Environmental safety is our responsibility, but the studio will be given time to correct the violations as per the Karnataka State Pollution Control Board norms. I remain committed to supporting the Kannada entertainment industry while ensuring environmental protection.”
This proactive step by Shivakumar helped revive the show, bringing relief to fans and the production team.
Kichcha Sudeep Expresses Gratitude
Following the post, Kichcha Sudeep reshared it, thanking the Deputy CM and other officials for their timely support. He wrote:
“I sincerely thank Honorable @DKShivakumar sir for his timely assistance. I also thank the officials who recognized that #BBK had no part in the recent confusion. Heartfelt thanks to DCM for responding to my call and to #Nalpad for his dedicated efforts. #BBK12 is here to stay.”
Fans flooded social media with celebratory comments, expressing excitement over the return of their favorite reality show. The revival of Bigg Boss Kannada 12 has once again lit up the entertainment world in Karnataka.
