Ayesha Khan has always managed to capture attention with her talent and charm. From making her mark in South Indian cinema to becoming a familiar face on national television, her journey has been anything but ordinary. After her appearance in Bigg Boss 17, Ayesha’s fans eagerly waited to see what she would take up next. Speculation swirled around her name being attached to various reality shows, but the actress recently cleared the air about what’s truly happening behind the scenes.
In a recent conversation, Ayesha revealed that she was approached for the cooking-based reality show Laughter Chefs 2. Many assumed she might join adventurous shows like Khatron Ke Khiladi, but this offer took a different route. While sharing details, she mentioned that although several offers came her way, scheduling conflicts stood in the way. “I have been offered quite a few reality shows, but I was not sure because my dates were involved somewhere. I was also approached for Laughter Chefs, but I was shooting for something else. I couldn’t say yes to the show. I would love to do the show next season or whenever possible. This didn’t happen.”
For those keeping track, Laughter Chefs 2 made its television debut on January 25, 2025. However, the cast began shooting nearly a month before its premiere. With popular names like Abhishek Kumar and Samarth Jurel involved, the show generated significant buzz even before airing. Fans were excited to imagine Ayesha bringing her signature wit and energy to the kitchen, but fate had other plans.
Besides reality shows, Ayesha seems to be charting new territories in her acting career. She spoke about her upcoming ventures with visible excitement. “There is this one very special project that we have completed shooting for. There is another Marathi film that I have shot for. There are these two projects that I’m looking forward to.” With this announcement, it’s official that Ayesha Khan is stepping into the Marathi film industry. This marks an exciting new chapter for the actress, and fans are eager to see her explore regional cinema.
As conversations about reality TV continued, the actress was asked whether she would ever consider participating in Rohit Shetty’s daredevil show, Khatron Ke Khiladi. Ayesha didn’t rule out the possibility entirely but admitted it wasn’t the right fit for her at this stage. “Never say never, but I genuinely think it is a show that’s not meant for me because, health-wise, I don’t really keep well most of the time. It requires immense strength.”
Known for her candidness, Ayesha also addressed the challenge of dealing with online negativity. “I think I learned my way long back. I post content, and I understand that I’m a public figure, I can’t really shut everybody’s mouth. People have opinions. Sometimes right, sometimes wrong, but who am I to involve my energy and pick up my time and think and correct people.” She firmly believes in conserving her peace and choosing where to invest her attention. Using the philosophy of ‘out of sight, out of mind’, she avoids dwelling on negativity and focuses on what matters most.
Currently, Ayesha is seen in Dil Ko Rafuu Kar Lei, where she plays the female lead. Whether it’s films, reality shows, or digital space, Ayesha Khan continues to shape her path with grace, choosing roles and projects that align with both her heart and her pace.
