Abhishek Kumar and Samarth Jurel’s bond has become one of the most talked-about friendships in the entertainment circuit. Their camaraderie after Bigg Boss 16 surprised fans and fellow contestants alike. From bitter rivals inside the controversial house to buddies sharing laughs on screen, their journey has been nothing short of unexpected.

In a recent candid chat with Pinkvilla, Abhishek opened up about this unlikely friendship. He spoke freely about how things changed between them and how they now share a strong connection, especially while working together on Laughter Chefs. According to Abhishek, it was never planned. It simply happened, and now both enjoy each other’s company.

The actor shared that the two often find themselves at the receiving end of taunts and jokes on the show. In his own words, “Hum dono ko hi zyada taunt maari jaati hai. Pehle pehle bura bhi lagta tha kyuki use to nahi the hum. Pehle lagta are kya hai. Par maine theatre mei bhi ye sab kiya hua hai. Kitna kuch kiya maine. Kitne roles play kiye hai. Alag alag skit kiye hai maine toh yaha kyu nahi.” He admitted that though it bothered him initially, he eventually accepted it as part of the game and entertainment business.

Abhishek, known for his wit, couldn’t resist mentioning comedian Krushna Abhishek while speaking about how to handle public teasing. Joking about how Krushna built his wealth by enduring endless roasts, Abhishek laughed and said, “Maine dekha Krushna bhai ne 20-20 ghar bana liye bezatti karwa karwa ke, kar kar ke. 10-10 gaadiya le li toh chalo issi line mei lag jaate hai.” His comment reflected not only humor but also a light acceptance of the format they’re part of.

Talking about Samarth, Abhishek had only kind words. He described him as a genuinely good person. He recalled how after Bigg Boss 16 ended, Samarth reached out to him. Their conversation was honest, heartfelt, and necessary. Both apologized for past behavior inside the house. That call marked the start of their friendship.

Their bond grew stronger beyond sets and social media appearances. Abhishek revealed that they even holidayed together in Thailand and Goa. These trips, he said, made their friendship deeper and allowed them to know each other as individuals.

Abhishek mentioned feeling genuinely happy for Samarth’s achievements. He shared how proud he was when Samarth recently purchased a new car. It wasn’t just friendship between them; even their families have grown close over time. Abhishek noted that their parents are now on good terms and often exchange warm conversations.

Apart from Laughter Chefs, Abhishek is also making waves in his show Tu Haii Aashiiki, where he stars alongside Amandeep Sidhu. Despite juggling multiple projects, he feels content with how his career is progressing.
