Emotional Post on Diwali 2025
In their post, Moosewala’s parents wrote,
“We’ll light diyas with the same hope, spreading brightness with your memories. My name may be small, but my love is big because my brother still lives in my heart. This Diwali, let’s meet again in the glow of his songs and memories.”
The message concluded with warm wishes for Bandi Chhor Divas and Diwali, along with a hint that a new song dedicated to Sidhu Moosewala might be released soon.
Fans Emotional Over Viral Photo

The Legacy of Sidhu Moosewala
Sidhu Moosewala, who ran for Punjab Assembly elections in 2022 from Mansa, tragically lost his life later that year when he was shot dead near Jawaharke village on May 29, 2022. His death shocked millions across the world.
After his passing, his parents launched a campaign demanding Justice for Sidhu Moosewala, and a music video with the same title was released in his memory.
The Miracle of Hope
In 2024, two years after Sidhu’s death, the couple welcomed baby Shubhdeep Singh Sidhu — born through IVF when Charan Kaur was 58 years old. The news became a topic of national discussion and brought a new ray of hope to Moosewala’s fans.
Recently, the family also shared a viral photo of Shubhdeep displayed on New York’s Times Square, symbolizing Sidhu Moosewala’s everlasting global legacy.
