Singer and Bigg Boss fame Rahul Vaidya is once again in the spotlight, but this time for taking a direct dig at cricketer Virat Kohli. The controversy began after Kohli’s Instagram handle allegedly liked photos of actress Avneet Kaur. While Kohli later issued a clarification claiming it was due to a technical glitch, Rahul Vaidya chose to mock the explanation, sparking a fresh wave of backlash on social media.

Rahul Vaidya Mocks Kohli’s Clarification

Rahul Vaidya took to his Instagram story and posted a sarcastic video referring to Virat’s clarification. Imitating Kohli’s tone, Rahul said,

“I want to say that from now on, algorithms may start liking a lot of pictures I never liked. So, to any girl out there—please don’t do PR with it. It’s not my fault, it’s Instagram’s fault, okay?”

This mocking remark directly targeted the reason Virat gave for the accidental likes on Avneet Kaur’s photos.

Instagram Algorithm Must Have Blocked Me

Not stopping there, Rahul Vaidya continued his roast, revealing that he was blocked by Virat Kohli. He sarcastically commented,

“Guys, Virat Kohli has blocked me. But I’m sure it must be Instagram’s algorithm again. Maybe it told Kohli—‘Let me block Rahul Vaidya on your behalf.’ Cool?”

Virat’s Fans Are Bigger Jokers Than Him

Facing backlash from Kohli’s fans, Rahul didn’t hold back. In another Instagram post, he wrote,

“Virat Kohli’s fans are bigger jokers than him.”

As criticism intensified, Rahul revealed that trolls were also targeting his wife and sister. Condemning the personal attacks, he stated,

“You’re abusing me—fine. But dragging my wife and sister into it is wrong. They have nothing to do with this. That proves my point. Kohli fans are cheap jokers. 2 rupee jokers.”

This latest spat has divided the internet. While some support Rahul for his boldness, others are criticizing him for disrespecting a national icon. As the online war continues, all eyes are now on whether Virat Kohli will respond directly to Rahul’s jabs—or let his fans continue the battle.
