Prominent Pakistani actresses Mahira Khan and Hania Aamir took to Instagram to condemn the action, labeling it as a “cowardly act.” Their posts have since gone viral, igniting a wave of online debate.

On the night of May 6, India launched a strategic airstrike in response to the April 22 Pahalgam terror attack, where 27 innocent civilians lost their lives. The Indian Army destroyed multiple terror bases in PoK, a move hailed by many Indian citizens as a much-needed act of justice.

Similarly, actress Hania Aamir also reshared Bhutto’s tweet on her Instagram story, mirroring Mahira’s condemnation of the Indian airstrike. Despite her account being banned in India, her story quickly went viral and drew strong reactions from both Pakistani and Indian netizens.
Fatima Bhutto Claims Child Injured in Strike
Fatima Bhutto, the author whose tweet was amplified by both actresses, alleged that a child was severely injured during the strike. She tweeted:
“India’s aggression has injured a child. Bombs were dropped on people while they were asleep.”
This claim, however, has not been officially verified by any global agency or Indian authority.
