According to reports, the latest firing occurred on Thursday evening, when an unidentified man was seen shooting outside Kap’s Café. The video quickly went viral across social media. Interestingly, the café had only recently reopened after being shut down due to previous attacks. Thankfully, no one was injured in this latest firing.
Gangsters Claim Responsibility Online
Soon after the incident, two men — Kulveer Sidhu and Goldy Dhillon — took to social media to claim responsibility for the shooting. Their post read:
“Waheguru Ji Ka Khalsa, Waheguru Ji Ki Fateh. The firing at Kap’s Café in Surrey was done by us. We have no enmity with the public, but anyone who betrays us or speaks against our beliefs will be warned. Even Bollywood celebrities should stay alert — bullets can come from anywhere.”
Authorities are now investigating the authenticity of these claims and their possible links to gangster Lawrence Bishnoi’s network.
Previous Shootings at the Café
This is not the first time Kapil’s café has been targeted. Earlier shootings took place on July 10, 2025, and August 7, 2025. Although there were no casualties, the café suffered property damage, and the atmosphere of fear forced a temporary shutdown.

Following the third attack, security around Kapil Sharma has been significantly increased both in Mumbai and Canada. Officials have categorized the matter as serious, considering the repeated targeting and the international dimension of the threats.
