Renowned hair stylist Javed Habib is now embroiled in a massive controversy. Reports indicate that Javed Habib, his son Anas Habib, and other family members are facing allegations of defrauding investors of crores of rupees. The Sambhal police have registered 20 FIRs against the family so far. The accused are said to have cheated more than 100 investors. Police teams are preparing raids at their residences in Delhi and Mumbai, while a lookout notice has been issued against the family.

The Stylish Scam: Promises of High Returns Lured Investors

Police investigations reveal that the fraud dates back to 2023, when a grand event was held at Royal Palace Venkat Hall in Sambhal under the banner of FLC (Follicle Global Company). Javed Habib and his son personally addressed the crowd of nearly 150 attendees, assuring them 50% to 75% returns on investments. Promises of international partnerships and guaranteed profits convinced many to invest. Investors reportedly deposited between ₹5 lakh to ₹7 lakh each, often in the form of Binance Coin and Bitcoin. Within a few months, the company vanished without a trace.

Investors Lose Crores as Company Shuts Down

A year passed, but investors received no profits. Complaints surfaced at the company office and Javed Habib’s salon, but the local manager, Saifullah, allegedly avoided them. Soon, the company office was shut down, and Javed Habib along with his family disappeared. Authorities confirm that the Sambhal office remains locked and abandoned.

FIRs Multiply as Police Expand Investigation

The investigation started after a few investors filed the first FIR at Raisatti police station. Investors named Hilal, Rehan, Aman, Majid Hussain, and Mohammad Naeem revealed that Javed Habib lured them with dreams of transforming the global hair industry. Following the initial complaints, SP K.K. Bishnoi personally met the victims and assured them of action. Further investigation uncovered over 100 victims, leading to 19 new FIRs, making a total of 20 FIRs against Javed Habib, his son, wife, and company head Saifullah.
