The heartbreaking incident has left the entire entertainment fraternity in deep sorrow, as fans and co-stars continue to mourn the loss of one of India’s most beloved comic legends.
The Emergency Call and Unfolding Chaos
According to an official statement released by P.D. Hinduja Hospital and Medical Research Centre, an emergency response team was dispatched immediately after receiving information that Satish Shah had fallen unconscious at his residence. Upon arrival, the team found the actor unresponsive.
He was administered CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) inside the ambulance, a desperate attempt that continued all the way to the hospital. Despite continuous efforts by medical professionals, Satish Shah could not be revived. The hospital expressed,
“Satish Shah was an exceptional actor whose contribution to Indian cinema and television will always be remembered.”

Final Goodbye Arrangements
Satish Shah’s mortal remains will be kept at his residence for last respects from 10 AM to 11 AM on October 26, 2025, following which the cremation will be held at Pawan Hans Crematorium at 12 noon.
