Shah’s body was kept at his Bandra residence for public homage before being taken to Vile Parle’s Pawan Hans Crematorium for the last rites.

Notably, Satish Shah and his wife Madhu Shah had no children. Rajesh Kumar stepped forward to fulfill the symbolic role of a son, a moment that deeply moved everyone present.
