Legendary Bollywood actor Dharmendra, 89, has reportedly been admitted to Breach Candy Hospital in Mumbai for a routine medical check-up. The veteran star, who will celebrate his 90th birthday in December, is said to be under observation for age-related health issues.

Reports confirm there’s nothing serious, and Dharmendra’s hospitalization is purely precautionary. However, the news has left fans anxious, flooding social media with prayers and heartfelt wishes for his speedy recovery.


Dharmendra’s Commitment to Fitness Inspires Millions

Despite his age, Dharmendra has always been a symbol of strength and determination. Recently, his youngest son Bobby Deol shared in an interview that his father lives with his first wife Prakash Kaur at their Khandala farmhouse, where he follows a disciplined routine.

A few weeks ago, the veteran actor shared an inspiring video of his physiotherapy session, emphasizing his focus on health and fitness. In his caption, he wrote,

“Friends, with your love and blessings, I am working hard to stay fit and healthy — yoga, exercise, and now physiotherapy.”

Dharmendra to Star Next in ‘Ikkis’

On the work front, Dharmendra will soon be seen in ‘Ikkis’, a war drama directed by National Award-winning filmmaker Sriram Raghavan. The film also stars Agastya Nanda, grandson of megastar Amitabh Bachchan.

‘Ikkis’ is based on the life of Second Lieutenant Arun Khetarpal, PVC, the youngest recipient of the Param Vir Chakra. The recently released trailer has received overwhelming praise from both celebrities and audiences, building anticipation for Dharmendra’s powerful performance.
